Mr. Brand joined Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers in 1968, became an Associate in 1976, a Senior Associate in 1983, and was admitted to the Partnership in 1988. He has extensive experience in geotechnical exploration and evaluation of sites, solving building foundation problems and directing design of waterfront structures including condition surveys and repairs to existing facilities and development of erosion protection measures. He is experienced in the design of piling and earth structures, and in subsurface exploration for tunnels.
