Mr. Cacoilo joined MRCE in 1985 and was admitted to the Partnership in 1997. He is a Structural Engineer with broad experience in design of underpinning and excavation support structures for all types of buildings and transit structures and waterfront facilities.
Mr. Cacoilo is a structural engineer with a specialization in excavation support and underpinning. This includes soil mix, secant pile and slurry wall systems, tied-back, and internally braced. He is also experienced in the inspection, rehabilitation and design of waterfront structures, including anchored bulkheads, piers, platforms and wharf structures.
