Mr. Kaufman joined Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers in 1968, became an Associate in 1982 and Senior Associate in 1989. He was admitted to the Partnership in 2004. He has strong experience in project management, including extensive geotechnical investigations, foundation designs and construction services. In addition, he serves as Staff Director and the Supervisor of the Geotechnical Group. He dreams someday of retiring and cycling to his heart's content.
