Joel Moskowitz joined MRCE in 1972 and was admitted to the Partnership in 1998. He has a strong emphasis on soils aspects of foundation engineering and has managed design and coordinated efforts of geotechnical and structural teams on building foundations, rapid transit projects and waterfront facilities.

Mr. Moskowitz is specialized in foundations for all structures and construction considerations for deep excavations in the urban environments.
